Larry Smith writes a column called Tough Call every Wednesday for the Nassau Tribune. A former reporter and editor, he operates a communications agency and book distributor in Nassau. In 2003 he led a transition management team at the Nassau Guardian after the paper was acquired by new investors. He launched his Tribune column in May, 2004 and it is published on the web at www.bahamapundit.com. Mr Smith has a degree in political science and journalism from the University of Miami.
